Thinking...

is not always a good thing :(

Honestly, how did I think I was overweight when I wore a size 5-7? How did I let myself get so out of control? My blood work is normal, so no answers there.

I just don't get how a person goes from this.....

to this.... in a matter of 6 years (pic below was Sept. 10 when we were in Hawaii, before my diet)

  7. Hi, I think alot of the weight gain was not counting the drink calories. Unfortunately soda, slurpies and hot chocolate are all loaded with calories. Now you have made the choice to drink the sparkling water and other no calorie drink alternatives so that there will shave off a 1000 calories a day. I also think that ranch dressing is a huge culprit. So again you are making lifestyle choices that will help you maintain in the future. We are proud of how hard you are working to loose weight. I also am a firm believer in weighing yourself daily to keep track. Now I just need to figure out how I can loose 10 lbs. So I guesse I am all talk no do.
